By accessing or using Math Mystery Picture, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website, generator, or downloadable materials.

The Service

Math Mystery Picture provides an online worksheet generator for teachers, homeschool families, tutors, parents, and other educational users. You can create printable math mystery picture worksheets by choosing a pixel art design, selecting a math skill, customizing worksheet details, and downloading PDFs.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account is intended for one individual user and should not be shared with multiple users.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to use the service only for lawful and educational purposes.

Content License

What you may do

• Print and copy generated worksheets for your own classroom, homeschool, tutoring, or family educational use
• Use generated worksheets with your own students or children
• Store generated PDFs for your own educational reuse

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, or commercially exploit pixel art designs, templates, generator content, or generated PDFs
• Upload generated PDFs to public marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or other platforms for resale or redistribution
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the design catalog or generator system

The pixel art designs, templates, worksheet designs, design catalog, generator system, and related content remain the intellectual property of Math Mystery Picture. Your use of the service gives you a limited license to generate and use worksheets, not ownership of the underlying artwork or templates.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

• Some features, downloads, or content may require a paid subscription.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the plan's current renewal price unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription from your account page. After cancellation, premium access will remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.

Due to the digital nature of our service, where worksheets and downloadable files can be generated and accessed immediately, subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. We encourage you to use the free tier to try the generator before upgrading to a paid plan.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering the design catalog, worksheet templates, or generator system
• Bypassing download limits, access controls, subscription limits, or watermarks
• Sharing your account with other users
• Using automated tools to mass-generate, copy, or extract content
• Reselling or redistributing generated worksheets or platform content
• Interfering with the security, performance, or availability of the service

Availability and Changes

We work to keep Math Mystery Picture available and useful, but the service is provided as-is and may change over time. Features, pricing, plans, download limits, and content availability may be updated, modified, or discontinued.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, attempt to bypass access limits, or use the platform in a way that may harm Math Mystery Picture or other users.

If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you may lose access to paid features without a refund, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Math Mystery Picture is provided for educational support and convenience. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific teaching need.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Math Mystery Picture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Math Mystery Picture during the 12 months before the claim.
